Franson Civil Engineers was hired by Cottonwood Mutual Water Company (CMWC) to build a new 1-million-gallon water tank in order to accommodate new developments, an increasing population, and the subsequent need to be able to store more culinary water.
We worked closely with CMCW to design a tank that fit their needs as well as state and federal standards. We assisted CMWC with the permitting process, construction bidding process, and then provided construction management services during the construction and preparation of the water tank.
